But before I get started on that..I am going to give you an intro of myself..so here it goes...
My name is Adelene Chen,I'm 16 and still in highschool..
I live in Orange,New South Wales with my dad..
I was originally from Malaysia but I migrated here on Nov 2009 and has been here since..
I've always loved being in the kitchen..
Eventho both my parents have never taught me anything about cooking,I managed to learn the basics and some really yummy dishes from my maid that our family had for 11 years back in Malaysia.
She was the start of my passion for cooking..When I look back now,I'm glad I had meet her..
Food to me is family and all heart..
It also amazes me how different individual things when cooked and combined changes the senses of your body..
It is a lil bit of science as well..experimentation and making stuff look pretty..
I am planning to be a pastry chef like Adriano Zumbo(who I actually take as my idol) or a chef in general as my future career..
So,that the end about me...now to this mysterious blog that you might have already figured out what its for..
I created this blog to post foods I have experimented or cooked whilst being in Australia..
I got this idea from a friend of mine..who supports me in whatever I do..which I am thankful for..=)
